Seems that the NHS Direct helpline is suffering from the same as every other part of the NHS, No funding, for the last 6-8 weeks I've not been able to get through, and If you email them you get a "We will deal with your question in 10 days"

So I've broken a toe and I need to know do I goto x-ray direct or do I need to go and see A&E, maybe my GP can help
