Which modern invention do you think the world would be better off without?

The Microwave Oven. The health of every user would then be better. Fat doesn't get nuked but nutrients do. So all the goodness of the food is killed but the badness of it isn't!

Failing that the list could include, nuclear power, the locomotive, fast food.

The move I learn about life

The more I live life the more I learn about life, and the more I discover that its about the music I listened to as a teenager, W.A.S.P wrote a song "Scream until you like it" that seems to sum it up atm, I don't get told half of what goes on round here and then it causes problems later, and the person at fault is always me even though I've never been told, Helloween also wrote a track "I want Out" erm nought more said ;P

In Pain

ran out of painkillers on Sunday, got script this morning. However I was talking to the pharmacist about pregabalin he is on it himself for epilepsy. I explained I had a hellish night due to the doc upping my night time dose he said the way to get through it is to take nitol (double dose) 1 hr before the pregabalin to knock me out otherwise I'd be a sore and grumpy bugger the day after, don't I know it!!!

My birthday meal at Mr Jones's a lot of good friends Ok I got flu after but it was thoroughly enjoyable I missed Arts last party which was a shame.

Meds update

Now on 1000mg Paracetamol 4x per day
Tramadol 100mg 4x per day
Pregabalin 75mg 2x a day until tomorrow where I have to take 75 in the morning and 150 in the evening, then weds, 150 x 2 times per day

Thats it apart from Loratadine

Funny enough I am actually still in Love, which has actually not only suprised me but after twelve years together I still feel the same. Funnier still is the fact that we have an "Open Relationship" and I don't worry about anything whatsoever

so much for the end of the heat its darn hot here, we're still getting showers and its not cooling it down any! at least I will be able to have a pint in the sun today hopefully.

Everyone except my family, I want to be able to rule our own lives.

On the note of 4th July, letting the Americans have independence was the best thing we ever did, it was a naff colony anyway.

Went to look at this house this evening, it needs work, but has potential I think, kids have been a pain the whole time, and I am sick of it. Kath and I still haven't had a proper discussion about it, doubt we will now the bloody TV is on

Today and Tomorrow

Well today Kath nearly collapsed twice in Sainsburys, the heat was just to much for her. So we got a cab home and I am hoping that she will be fine, So I did tea pitta pockets with chicken and salad :)Olivia is out at a Play, Jason and The Argonauts being performed around a park :)

Tomorrow we're looking at another house tomorrow, its in a good location, its only two floors but it hasn't a garden, and we need one really however there is some waste land next door so it might be possible to con the council out of it.

ECO-NEWS:- Ordered a Invertor so I can run the Netbook of a battery for field days, and at home toohome too which is my aim anyway
